1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting any form (including the Client Authorisation Form or Contact Form), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Vivid Partners' services. Vivid Partners refers to Vivid Biz Solution Pty Ltd, Registered Tax Agent Number 25536776, trading as Vivid Partners.
2. Services
Vivid Partners provides accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to individuals, families, and small to medium-sized businesses. The scope of services, fees, and payment terms will be agreed upon between Vivid Partners and the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Fees & Payment
- All fees are agreed upfront on a fixed-fee basis prior to commencement of services.
- The fee for the preparation of the tax return is due as soon as the work is commenced by Vivid Partners, regardless of the return being lodged to the ATO.
- An invoice will be issued for services rendered, and you agree to pay this invoice in full.
- Further action may be taken to secure payment of overdue or outstanding accounts.
4. Client Authorisation
By nominating Vivid Partners as your registered tax agent and submitting any Client Authorisation Form, you authorise Vivid Biz Solution Pty Ltd trading as Vivid Partners, Registered Tax Agent Number 25536776, and/or its representatives to:
- Communicate with any government department including the Australian Taxation Office, financial institutions, and any other entities as required to assist with the preparation of your tax returns.
- Act on your behalf in matters relating to your tax and accounting compliance, as agreed in writing.
5. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided to Vivid Partners is true and correct. You acknowledge that Vivid Partners relies on the accuracy of information you provide and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
