I authorize Vivid Partners to communicate with any government department including the Australian Taxation Office, financial institutions and any other entities as required in order to assist with the preparation of my tax returns.

The information provided to Vivid Partners is true and correct.

I understand that the fee for the preparation of the tax return is due as soon as the work is commenced by Vivid Partners regardless of the return being lodged to the ATO.

I acknowledge that an invoice will be issued for your services and I agree to pay this invoice in full.
